Job Description

Position Summary

This role involves verifying and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing products and shipments, preparing items for shipment, maintaining inventory, and loading/unloading trucks. Basic understanding of material handling, forklift operations, and warehouse shipping/receiving functions is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and supply materials to assembly lines as per requirements.
2. Verify shipment information against bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
3. Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments.
4. Report defective materials and post information into the computer system.
5. Move materials between storage locations and docks.
6. Use RF scanning equipment for inventory, shipping, and replenishment activities.
7. Position components for assembly using appropriate equipment.
8. Follow ERP and quality system procedures.
9. Maintain inventory levels and adhere to safety and environmental procedures.
10. Promote a culture of compliance and live the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
11. Perform special projects as required.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses (e.g., CDL, Hi-Lo).

Preferred Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and PC skills.
• Experience with RF devices and inventory management.
• High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience.
