Job summary

Staffmark Group in Temecula, CA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate receipt of inbound shipments, orderly staging of outbound orders, and efficient warehouse operations.

Position runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with a pay rate of $24.00–$25.00 per hour. Requires a high school diploma; forklift certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, package, label, and ship products according to customer specifications and production schedules.
• Process domestic and international shipping documentation, including carrier paperwork and customs forms.
• Operate ERP systems to manage order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and shipping activities.
• Assist with purchasing activities, purchase order tracking, inventory control, and material replenishment.
• Monitor packaging supply inventory and maintain stockroom accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport materials safely.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas while following all safety procedures.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to handle shipping materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
