Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk located in the Greater Seattle Area. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be essential to the efficient movement of materials and products within our facility. Your main duties will involve verifying incoming raw materials and their certifications to ensure they meet our quality standards, tagging items for traceability, and accurately recording receipts in our ERP system to maintain up-to-date inventory records. You will verify deliveries for both quality and accuracy, handle returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items, and act as the first checkpoint for detecting non-conforming products —requiring attention to detail and verifying counts.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be a US Person(a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or any individual granted protected status under the Immigration and Nationality Act) in accordance with ITAR rules
• Inventory Control skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of shipping/receiving and inventory management experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift and/or pass a forklift certification test
• Experience using UPS and FedEx systems
