Responsibilities:

• The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate inventory records
• This role ensures that products are correctly labeled, stored, shipped, and documented, while supporting the warehouse or production team in daily operations
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; match packing slips to purchase orders
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments including labeling, packing, and documentation
• Track, record, and update inventory levels using inventory management software
• Maintain accurate records of all received and shipped goods
• Move inventory within the warehouse and laboratory
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment or inventory issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support other departments as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations (Recent high school graduates with a stable work history during high schoolwill also be considered)
• Familiarity with inventory software and shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ERP) preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Proximity to Peachtree Corners will be considered
