Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a shipping & receiving clerk to manage shipments, receiving, and local part sourcing for a five-state RV and marine dealership. You will assist service technicians, track shipments, and help with parts distribution in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Full-time schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with health insurance and a 401(k) plan offering employer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record.
• Proficient with computers and multiple programs (Excel, email, inventory systems).

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
• Assist Service Technicians with locating products as needed.
• Distribute repair parts and accessories to Service Technicians.
• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Drive to local vendors to pick up parts.
• Unload trucks promptly and stock receivables.

Compensation: $16 to $19 per hour DOE

In this position, you will be managing shipments, receiving products, locally sourcing parts, and assisting the service technicians. The workdays are fast-paced, and you are recognized for your performance. Bretz RV & Marine cares about their employees. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies
• Assist Service Technicians with locating products as needed
• Distribute repair parts and accessories to Service Technicians
• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Drive to various local vendors to pick up parts
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries as well as sort and stock receivables
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift (certification available on-site)
• Assist in pumping propane when needed
• Parts counter back up
• Answer parts counter phone calls and place special orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready area
• All other duties as assigned

• Competent computer skills while running multiple programs at once including Excel, email, inventory software, and navigating vendor websites

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
