As part of this exciting new chapter, we're establishing operations in High Point, North Carolina – a strategic step in strengthening our footprint in the rapidly growing U.S. renewable energy market.

Job summary

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Accurately log and record shipments in inventory management systems
• Prepare and package outbound shipments according to specifications and delivery schedules
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Coordinate with freight carriers, suppliers, and internal teams for timely shipments
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse areas
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
• Assist in inventory counts and inventory control procedures
• Communicate discrepancies or damages to the Plant Manager promptly
• Support general warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols
• Participate in cross-functional activities as needed in a startup, hands-on environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus)
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed
• Familiarity with shipping systems, basic inventory software, and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
