Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Florence, KY is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Clerk to support order pulling, shipping, receiving, stock put-away and forklift tire pressing. This position offers hands-on logistics work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

You will perform inventory cycle counts, handle returns, assist with year-end reporting, maintain records, and answer calls from customers and service technicians.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer care skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order pulling, shipping, receiving, putting up stock, and pressing forklift tires.
• Inventory control including cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
• Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
• Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
• Maintain records, files, and a clean and safe working environment.
• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
