Staffmark Group in Springdale, AR is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate. You will help receive shipments, prepare outbound orders, and maintain an organized warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, safe operation of warehouse equipment, and good communication. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with pay at $18.00 per hour.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping in a warehouse.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of company software.

Responsabilidades

• Receives parts and ensures they arrive in good condition with packing slips.
• Packs and ships parts efficiently to customers and suppliers.
• Maintains logs of outgoing shipments and damages or shortages.
• Stocks parts in correct locations in the warehouse.
• Operates a forklift and keeps bins and aisles organized.
• Supports Warranty Administrator and Inventory Coordinator when needed.

Looking for Shipping and Receiving Associate jobs in Springdale where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

Job Duties

• Receives parts that are shipped in, making sure that they are received in good condition and that packing slips for inventory control.
• Packs and ships parts to both customers and suppliers in the most efficient manner.
• Maintains a log of all outgoing shipments and all shipping and receiving damages or shortages as well as other documents necessary to protect the inventory investment.
• Stocks all parts into the proper location in the parts warehouse after they have been checked in.
• Operates a fork lift truck.
• Keeps all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, neat, and clearly labeled.
• Assists Warranty Administrator and Inventory Coordinator when needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1 year of experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of company specific software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Auto-parts knowledge preferred
• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping and Receiving Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
