Position Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate



Wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour



Shift: 1st



Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Thurs)



Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support operations during a medical leave coverage. This temporary first-shift role offers consistent hours, hands-on forklift and inventory work, and the chance to be part of a tight-knit, hardworking team. Shipping & Receiving Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare and ship goods following company procedures and customer requirements.

- Palletize, weigh, and count products to ensure accurate shipments.

- Generate and affix shipping labels with relevant information (customer, weight, method, etc.).

- Coordinate with the Shipping Administrator and Shop Foreman for planning shipments and paperwork.

- Receive and unload incoming shipments using a forklift.

- Verify incoming shipments against records (manifests, invoices, or orders) for accuracy.

- Record received materials into inventory and move them to the appropriate location.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse for efficient storage and operations.

- Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

- Train and delegate tasks to team members for efficient workflow.

- Use the E2 Shop Management System to log jobs, track inventory, and update shipping information.



Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements:

- Forklift experience is a plus.

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

- Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
