Job description

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm or 7:30am-4pm

We collaborate with various businesses and organizations to provide personalized promotional products. Our commitment is to deliver remarkable service, treating our team members with respect and positivity.

As a screen print shipping/receiving associate, you will support the 4imprint brand by managing incoming inventory and shipping out finished products to customers.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Interpret work orders and job aids to perform tasks accurately.
  • Assist with unloading and sorting incoming shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and verify accuracy of incoming orders.
  • Input accurate data into our system.
  • Use RF scanners for inventory management and order tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order changes and cancellations.
  • Store received products in designated locations.
  • Replenish and organize bins and pallets throughout the facility.
  • Follow up on overdue orders in the staging area.
  • Serve as backup for stock replacement orders.
  • Handle the shipping process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand carrier shipping processes and methods.
  • Accurately enter shipping information into our system.
  • Participate in training and pursue professional development.
  • Assist in other areas when required and when time permits.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 4imprint supports ongoing learning to achieve this if needed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
  • Attention to detail with a professional demeanor.
  • Previous data entry and inventory experience is a plus.
