Job summary

TIPCO Technologies in Eugene, OR is seeking a Warehouse and Counter Associate to receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship products accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean warehouse, operating equipment (if certified), following safety procedures, and providing customer service at the TIPCO Counter.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Operate TIPCO Counter and provide customer service as needed
• Other duties as assigned
