Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Miami, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to prepare shipments, load/unload goods, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will operate a forklift, prepare bills of lading, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience; hydraulic knowledge is a plus. A valid driver's license and strict adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives inventory and pulls items from bins for orders.
• Loads/unloads material on/off trucks and other vehicles.
• Manages inventory and maintains a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Prepares bill of lading and shipping documents.
• Performs hose/coupling assembly as needed.
• Operates forklift and other lifting devices.
• Resolves customer complaints and ensures timely deliveries.

Moves material to bins or designated waiting areas, uses correct prescribed storing methods, rearranges and takes inventory of materials. Examines stock for deterioration, operates material and handling equipment.

Essential Functions

• Receives inventory, pulls items from bins/storage area for orders.
• Loads/unloads material on or from trucks or other vehicles.
• Manages inventory.
• Prepares bill of lading, shipping documents.
• Fits hoses/couplings.
• Keeps warehouse clean.
• Resolves customer complaints.
• Operates forklift, and other lifting devices.
• Pick up and/or make deliveries locally.
• Manages shipping/receiving duties.

• Computer System Training, ISO orientation, Product Training, Hose Assembly, H.H. Forklift Training Certified, OSHA Safety intro (6 courses)

Certificates & Licenses

• HH Forklift Certified preferred.
• Hose & Connector experience preferred.

Other Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
