Live Nation Entertainment’s Merch Traffic division is hiring a Shipping and Logistics Manager. You will track purchasing orders, coordinate shipping from suppliers to multiple locations worldwide, and complete receipts in our inventory software.

You will lead the logistics strategy and collaborate across departments to create shipping programs that deliver best in class supply chain network and costs to events, retailers, and customers, while preserving financial sustainability and operational

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of HS Codes and completing commercial invoices.
• Experience with SAP, Xero, or similar inventory software.
• Strong mastery of Excel.
• Detail and deadline-oriented with strong follow through.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive work attitude with ability to multitask.
• Work experience in entertainment and/or music industries is a plus.

• Receive and transfer product so location and invoicing is correct.
• Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods.

THE ROLE
