Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) in Red Bud, IL is seeking an on-site Shipping & Project Documentation Support. The role focuses on barcode operations, project doc tracking, and accurate shipping records to ensure timely site deliveries.

You will collaborate with the project team, maintain shipping documents (packing lists, BOL, VGM, Solas), and uphold safety and quality standards while growing within an ESOP-driven, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years shipping or related experience preferred.

Roeslein Modular Fabrication(RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a$1,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position provides on-site shipping & project documentation support at the Roeslein Red Bud facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the Roeslein Barcode program and database.
• Develop and maintain the document tracking system for projects.
• Assist in shipping as well as track all contents of a project.
• Provide shipping documentation per project specifications.
• Generate shipping documents, e.g. packing lists, (BOL, VGM, Solas).
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure all items are prepared for shipping and can be shipped to site on time and in an orderly manner using RoesTrac & Viewpoint.
• Coordinate with appropriate Departments on missing items and/or status to ensure shipping dates are met as well.
• Redline the barcodes/drawings to reflect any changes incurred during shipping.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
• Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
• Enter details for stickers on drawings.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in shipping or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering design drawings is strongly preferred.
• Able to develop and organize shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
• General knowledge of Computer Software and Hardware operations, set up and trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of basic AutoCAD software and associated file structures.
• Excellent communication skills; both oral and written is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required.
• Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
• Must comply with Roeslein & Associate’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees.
• Communicate with Project teams on required PO’s for shipment per project.
• Organize shipping details with the Shipping Supervisor and Project team.
• Assist with onsite shipping records and using the barcode program and shipping documentation.

Pay Range

Salary Range: USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $27.00/Hr.
