• Experience with real time Material Requirements Planning software and scanning equipment necessary.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum high school education.
• Minimum 1-3 years of related experience.
• Punctuality and Attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages check ins of all drivers, customers, salespeople, etc.
• Maintains the daily logs of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Enters Orders
• Prints Orders
• Collects payments from Cash on Delivery customers and sends to Accounts Payable.
• Handles will call orders.
• Dispenses orders to order fillers.
• Processes paperwork for outbound freight.
• Maintains logs of orders and their disposition.
• Maintains assignment of doors for truck loading.
• Coordinates within house fleet of delivery drivers.
