Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Assembly & Shipping Associate to support production and shipping operations. You will assemble mechanical and electronic products per engineering drawings and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires attention to detail and ability to read instructions and drawings. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with hourly pay of $20.00 and a focus on teamwork

Assembly & Shipping Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Assembly & Shipping Associate to support both production and shipping operations. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic products according to engineering specifications and preparing finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate has experience in assembly, shipping, and inventory handling and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly

• Follow engineering drawings and written work instructions to assemble mechanical and electronic products.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain production standards and meet daily output goals.

Shipping

• Monitor availability of materials delivered from production to the shipping area.

• Pull, package, and prepare products for shipment.

• Process shipments and generate required shipping documentation.

• Produce export documents including Certificates of Origin, Pro Forma Invoices, and other required paperwork.

• Ensure products are shipped accurately and on schedule.

Expected Results

• Accurate assembly of products according to company specifications.

• Timely preparation and shipment of customer orders.

• Proper completion of shipping and export documentation.

• Efficient coordination between production and shipping operations.
