• Analyze shipping performance, costs, and trends.
• Optimize shipping routes, processes, and workflows.
• Support cross-functional teams with shipping requirements and inquiries.
• Analyze shipping data to identify inefficiencies, trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and performance issues.
• Evaluate carrier performance (on‑time delivery, damage rates, cost accuracy) and maintain scorecards.
• Reconcile freight invoices and collaborate with carriers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare the proper documents for all outbound material for Track‑Type‑Tractor.
