Job summary

Staffmark Group in Groveport, OH seeks a Shipping Administrator to process orders, generate invoices, and prepare BOLs and packing slips.

You will support POD, resolve shipment issues, and collaborate with other departments to expedite orders and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse.

This role requires at least 1 year of shipping/administrative experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in administrative, clerical, warehouse office, or shipping/receiving.
• Experience with bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, invoices, and shipping docs preferred.
• Customer service experience and ability to resolve shipment issues.
• Strong math skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process order maintenance and generate invoices for work assignments.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading (BOLs) and packing slips with shipment details.
• Provide proof of delivery (POD) and support customer service for lost or delayed shipments.
• Coordinate with other departments to expedite orders.
• Contact trucking firms for rate quotes and arrange expedited shipments.
• Trace lost shipments and file damage claims with carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize workspace.
