Job summary

Milkco Inc. is seeking experienced Highlift Operators to work in our refrigerated shipping warehouse on 2nd shift, Mon–Fri, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm with alternating Saturdays. Milkco will train the right candidate!

Qualifications

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Criminal Background Check will be conducted.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
• Preference for a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Need to be a reliable team player with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate highlift equipment in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Work the 2nd shift: 1:30 pm–10:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient workplace and team performance.
• Handle materials and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
