Job summary

Milkco Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Filler Machine Operator for our Production Department. This full-time role runs 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an alternating Saturday shift (only 5 shifts total per week).

We train the right candidate and offer growth within our fluid milk plant. You will join a team that processes, bottles, and ships dairy products, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

• Prefer High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent attendance and be a team player.
• Cooperative and able to get along with many people.

Responsibilities

• Operate the filler machine on 1st shift.
• Maintain production standards and safety procedures.

Compensation Information:

• Automatic 60-Day Pay Review
• Automatic Annual Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.

Experience:

• Will train the right person.
• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
