Job summary

Reliable Equipment & Service Co. is seeking full-time Shippers & Receivers in Warminster, PA. This role supports Receiving, Picking and Shipping operations, ensuring accurate counting, labeling, and inventory control.

Training is provided for mechanically inclined candidates. You will work in a safety-sensitive environment, helping maintain inventory accuracy, processing shipments, and collaborating with team members to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Detail oriented with ability to count and differentiate products.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Flexible schedule and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming product labeling and storage.
• Accurately count and match incoming products to purchase orders.
• Help maintain and audit inventory including annual inventories.
• Pick orders accurately and timely.
• Pack, label, and verify shipments with shipping software.
• Monitor shipping materials and notify management of shortages.

Reliable Equipment & Service Co. is modern and clean tooling, repair, and distribution center servicing the Power and Utility Industry. We are currently looking for full‑time Shippers & Receivers to be a part of our growing team. If you are mechanically inclined, this is a great opportunity to learn a new trade. We are willing to train!

Shipping & Receiving has many parts that help define their role. Due to the need for cross training an associate may be hired for a specific role and slowly cross trained to be able to help in other areas when necessary.

Receiving

• Ensure that incoming product is properly labeled and stored.
• Verify that product is brought in undamaged.
• Accurately count incoming product and make sure it matches associated purchase order.
• Help maintain an accurate inventory.
• Help with annual/bi-annual physical inventory.

Picking

• Pick orders in a timely manner.
• Pick orders accurately.
• Report back to sales with any backorders.
• Review own orders as well as others.

Shipping

• Verify product on shipment during packaging.
• Pack and label product with shipping labels.
• Process documents through shipping software.
• Monitor shipping materials and notify management of any shortages.
• Help maintain an accurate inventory.
• Help with annual/bi-annual physical inventory.
