ProMed is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to support shipping and receiving activities and ERP transactions. The role requires lifting 40+ pounds frequently and collaborating with labor at multiple levels to ensure on-time production support.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, packaging for shipments, and maintaining quality records while aligning with ISO standards and safety practices. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and proficient with standard software.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Professional, courteous demeanor and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receives and ships materials and records in the ERP system.
• Examine documents and materials for accuracy and spec conformance.
• Arrange parts/materials to meet production schedules and expedite when needed.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Package and prepare products for shipment to standards.
• Develop and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to complete tasks.
• Perform batch record reviews following established procedures.
• Lift 40+ pounds frequently and perform other duties as assigned.
