Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, and verifying against shipping documentation.
• Package materials according to company and carrier requirements to prevent damage during transit.
• Generate, apply, and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
• Stage completed shipments for pickup by carriers.
• Verify shipment accuracy, quantities, and part numbers prior to shipment.
• Communicate shipment issues, shortages, or damages to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
