Job summary

Paulo-2 in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Production Team Member – Shipper II at our Willoughby site. You will load and unload trucks, weigh and label parts, handle UPS and FedEx shipments, and move materials to staging areas while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires forklift operation, accurate paperwork, and the ability to train new shippers. Weekend shifts are required; we offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
• Experience in shipping preferred.
• Must be available for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, label, load and unload customer parts using a forklift as necessary.
• Accurately confirm all incoming counts and turn in paperwork to order writers.
• Complete all paperwork, including PICs requirements for incoming and outgoing loads.
• Determine status of customer parts before loading vehicle per policy.
• Communicate with customers to schedule pickup/delivery and inventory info.
• Move parts to production staging areas after shop orders are written.
• Follow forklift safety procedures; dock lock and chock wheels as required.
• Train new shippers as needed and support other areas as assigned.
