Meridian Adhesives Group in the United States (Pompano Beach area) is seeking a Shipper I to support daily warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts, pick and stage orders, and ensure accurate, timely shipment of goods within a safe, organized environment.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, prior warehouse experience, and familiarity with FEFO and inventory control.

The Shipper serves as the foundation of daily warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and task-driven, focused on the safe, accurate movement of materials and finished goods. Shippers execute core warehouse functions with discipline and consistency, supporting the flow of work that keeps the operation steady and on time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Pay: This position has a salary range of $20.00 The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay: Meridian offers an incentive plan for 2025 focused on safety, quality, and financial metrics. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with earned payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
