Job summary

Charter Next Generation (CNG) is hiring for warehouse roles in Blythewood, SC. The team unloads, stores, and ships pallets, ensuring loads meet packing and paperwork standards while maintaining safety and efficiency across 15+ facilities.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth within a rapidly expanding network.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiar with ERP and PLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Experience/skilled at utilizing forklift to handle pallets with irregular shapes and weights to 2000+ lbs.
• Load/unload finished goods pallets safely on/off trucks and in/out of warehouse racks.
• Check that loads are complete and loaded properly.
• Scan every pallet of finished goods before moving it to a different location.
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift battery and lubricating equipment.
• Ensure the paperwork for outbound and inbound shipments are correct before the Bill of Ladings is signed.
• Perform regular equipment checks, complete related documentation, and notify the supervisor of unsafe conditions.
• Complete all related paperwork, including shipping inspection form, Post shipment work order forms, Post receipt work order forms, and any other customer-specified paperwork to be submitted upon completion of a load.
• Move pallets around the storage facility.
• Stack goods in the correct storage racks, following inventory control instructions.
• Assist with all stages of inventory processes and cycle counting checks as needed.
• Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures

The Role

Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday's)

• 7:00am - 4:00pm and 7:30am - 4:30pm

What You’ll Do
