Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a dependable Shipper for our Ennis, TX facility to support efficient shipment of finished products. This role emphasizes accuracy in preparing, organizing, and overseeing shipments to customers and other destinations.

You will read orders, cube trailers, load/unload pallets, and operate forklifts while maintaining 5S and inventory controls in a hot, fast-paced environment. This is a full‑time role requiring safety awareness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be safety oriented.
• Must be able to operate a hand-held scanner and PC to enter shipping data.
• Care for equipment and company property.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to work in a hot, fast-paced environment on feet 8+ hours.
• Able to use small hand tools.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/plastics extrusion desirable.
• Knowledge of vinyl siding desirable.
• Two years of forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick material and prepare orders.
• Load floor stacked and palletized material.
• Operate pallet rider and forklift.
• Palletize product for loads and cube trailers.
• Unload and store incoming products.
• Read and interpret orders.
• Track cartons loaded per truck/hour.
• Maintain safety and 5S housekeeping.
• Perform quality loading and accurate inventory practices.
• Follow company loading and shipping procedures.
