Job summary

TAD PGS, Inc. in Fullerton, CA is seeking an entry-level Shipper/Capper to prepare finished parts for shipment in a fast-paced aerospace fittings operation.

Training provided; no prior experience required beyond reliability and attention to detail. You will protect parts, bag and cap components, and follow customer packaging requirements while maintaining a clean, safe work area and meeting production pace of up to 360–500 pieces per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished parts for shipment by placing protective caps on threaded components.
• Bag parts to prevent contamination or damage.
• Apply nets, caps, and layering materials for safe transportation.
• Ensure products are protected from scratches, dents or damage prior to shipping.
• Maintain a steady workflow with speed and accuracy.
• Meet production pace of approximately 360 - 500 pieces per hour.
• Inspect parts visually during handling to ensure basic quality standards.
• Follow all packaging instructions and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with shipping and production teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

We have an outstanding Contract position for aShipper/Capperto join a leading Company located in theFullerton, CAsurrounding area.

Pay Rate: $18.11

Work Schedule: M - F 6:00 to 4:30, availability on Sat from 5 to 8 hours depending on volume.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Capper to support our aerospace fittings manufacturing operation . This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on preparing finished products for shipment by protecting parts from damage and ensuring they meet packaging requirements. This position requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to maintain a consistent production pace in a fast-moving environment. While prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, we are willing to train candidates who bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished parts for shipment by:
• Placing protective caps on threaded components
• Bagging parts to prevent contamination or damage
• Applying nets, caps, and layering materials for safe transportation
