Our client, aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting shipping and documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $24/ hr
Shift: 1st Shift
What's the Job?
Coordinate daily outbound shipments to meet customer delivery schedules and internal production timelines
Schedule carrier pickups, shipping appointments, and transportation logistics
Manage and prioritize shipment workflow, including handoffs between shifts or team members
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and export documentation
Support international shipping and export processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of shipping, logistics, or distribution experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
Strong experience with shipping documentation, scheduling, and coordination
Working knowledge of export shipping and customs documentation
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, tracking data)
