Job summary

Phillips Staffing in West Union, SC is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to prepare and ship customer orders. You will process requests, pull goods for shipment, pack/unpack, and stage orders for pickup while performing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include labeling, documentation, sorting and routing shipments, and operating a pallet jack/forklift as needed in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or SC Work Keys will be considered.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access) Clerical experience preferred.
• Operate computer, use shipping systems simultaneously and perform basic arithmetic
• 2 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience at a single location
• Must be a self-starter, a good organizer of time and maintain good attendance.
• Overtime may be required.
• Ability to recognize abnormalities and use good judgment; willing to escalate safety and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Apply export documentation, address labels and other necessary documentation to freight as needed.
• Knowledge and ability to prepare and process all customer orders with no assistance.
• Load and unload trucks using a pallet jack or fork lift as directed.
• Enter and locate parts in to the Finished Goods Store while maintaining FIFOMust be familiar with customer billing and routing of regular and expedited shipment requirements
• Have a working knowledge of clerical ship data input for transmitting ASN's and related shipping dataWork performed is in a TEAM environment.
• Must be able to work with all areas of manufacturing, shifts and shipping (internal and external).

Job Summary

Prepare all customer orders by processing requests, pulling goods for shipment, perform packing and unpacking of shipments, placing orders in staging area for pickup and is able to carry out day to day activities without any assistance.
