Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our 2nd shift team in Westminster, SC. This role ensures accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials to support production and customer delivery requirements.

You will unload freight, pull components for work orders, package and label finishes for shipment, operate forklifts safely, and maintain inventory records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills, including counting and measurement.
• Basic computer skills; Word/Excel a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments; inspect for accuracy and damage.
• Unload freight and vendor materials; process deliveries.
• Pull materials for production work orders and deliver on the floor.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and shipping documentation.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
