RBC Bearings Torrington, CT, is seeking a shipping/packing associate responsible for preparing products for shipment. Requires forklift and high rise electric truck certification, pallet jack operation, and computer use to verify customer specs and complete paperwork. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm. Wage range: $18.50–$28.50.

Description

This individual is responsible for assuring the product is properly prepared for shipment to the customer on a timely basis. Must have certification to operate fork lift and a high rise electric truck, and use pallet jacks and other various equipment designed to move heavy object. This individual will pack various cartons in accordance with acceptable, standard, routine procedures. Must be able to use computer to attain various information to determine proper customer specifications related to shipping/packing details. Weigh and strap pallets for shipment and verify all paperwork and data entries are completed.

Hours: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Wage Range: $18.50 - $28.50
