Job summary

Prisma in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Shipper to join our team. This full-time role focuses on handling internal shipments, processing orders, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ($16.00–$18.00) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and 401(k). Prior shipping experience is valued, with forklift/pallet jack skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping experience.
• Shipping software experience (i.e. FedEx, UPS).
• Experience in the print industry preferred.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify and process internal shipments going into inventory.
• Handle internal day of shipping requests.
• Complete and file all paperwork for jobs completed.
• Process and ship production orders.
• Receive and put away inventory.
• Determine shipping priorities and work to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
