Prisma Graphic Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Bindery 3 Knife Trimmer Operator to join our production team on a day shift. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality binding output in a fast-paced printing environment.

You will read tickets, set up machines, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and accuracy while collaborating with multiple departments. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years in production field related to commercial printing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well organized and a self-starter.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a high attention to detail and be a proven multi-tasker.
• You operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy during a fast-paced work environment.

Shift Details

1st Shift: M-F 6:00am to 2:00pm plus Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Working as a Bindery 3 Knife Trimmer Operator, you can expect the following:
