Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with load tracking systems and TMS is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, track load progress, and proactively resolve issues.
• Monitor and update customers on load status and delivery times.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with external transportation partners to meet service levels.
• Maintain accurate system records reflecting real-time load status.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Promote use of portals, tracking tools, and automated notifications.
