Job summary

The Sr. Analyst, Public Health role at Royal Caribbean Group focuses on planning and executing PH compliance inspections onboard vessels and at private destinations to meet USPH VSP, EU SHIPSAN and ANVISA standards.

You will travel extensively (85%), train onboard leadership, and report findings to the shoreside PH team, ensuring rapid corrective actions and ongoing regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• Minimum of three years shipboard or shores leadership experience in Public Health, Food and Beverage.
• Knowledge of the US FDA Food Code and USPH VSP manual preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel extensively and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans, develops and executes PH compliance inspections for internal and external requirements.
• Travels extensively to perform inspections and train onboard leadership and crew.
• Schedules inspections and coordinates travel across ships in the same region.
• Prepares written reports with observations, trends and action plans.
• Provides regulatory support during new vessel construction and launches.
