Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks solo piano-vocalists to perform aboard our fleet, delivering cocktail music and engaging evening shows as a visible part of the guest experience.

Residents train at home with our Entertainment Producer, then perform aboard for the full assignment. Travelers enjoy dynamic, themed programs across diverse itineraries while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong vocal ability and confident stage presence.
• Extensive repertoire for listening and dancing.
• Ability to perform themed shows from 1950s-1970s to Motown and more.
• Ability to sustain varied programming independently aboard ship.
• Previous shipboard piano-bar or production vocalist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform approx. one hour of instrumental cocktail piano music most evenings.
• Present scheduled 60-minute mainstage shows, two to four per cruise.
• Prepare and perform themed programs from established repertoire.
• Connect with guests on and off stage to enhance onboard experience.
• Coordinate with Cruise Director and onboard team amid itinerary changes.
• Maintain professional standards in performance, appearance and punctuality.
