Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks talented solo piano-vocalists to perform aboard our ships cruising America’s rivers and coast. Resident Entertainers provide cocktail music and engaging evening shows, while serving as a welcoming, highly visible part of the onboard guest experience.

You will train at home before your first assignment, live aboard for the full cruise, perform six nights a week, and collaborate with the Entertainment Producer and Cruise Director to deliver varied programs that connect

Qualifications

Strong vocal ability with confident stage presence and solid piano technique.
A broad repertoire suitable for listening and dancing with varied styles.
Experience as shipboard piano-bar performer or production vocalist preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform approximately one hour of instrumental cocktail piano music on most evenings, six nights per cruise.
Present scheduled 60-minute mainstage shows, typically two to four per cruise.
Prepare and perform themed programs from established repertoire per direction from Entertainment Producer.
Connect with guests on and off stage, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Coordinate with Cruise Director and onboard team, adapting to itinerary changes.
Maintain professional standards in performance, appearance, punctuality, and interactions.
