Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks a Photo Video Manager on a fixed term contract aboard our ship. You will lead the Photo department, drive on‑board revenue for photo shops, and coach international staff to deliver outstanding image quality and service.

You will collaborate with the Business and Brand Director, monitor budgets, and report end‑of‑cruise outcomes while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in cruise ship photo management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed voyage photo sales targets and manage budgets.
• Coach staff, set goals, and provide feedback.
• Prepare end‑of‑cruise revenue reports with opportunities.
• Identify revenue opportunities in onboard meetings with directors.
• Hold regular performance reviews and development discussions.
• Ensure photo quality, customer service and equipment standards.
• Respond to passenger requests and escalations promptly.
• Ensure inventory, pricing, barcoding, and loss prevention compliance.
• Collaborate with regional and senior leadership to resolve issues.
