Job summary

Disney Cruise Line in the United States is seeking an experienced HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to maintain and improve the operation of HVAC and refrigeration systems onboard. You will supervise the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with GSM and SQS standards.

You will use AMOS and AIMS to forecast, implement and record work orders, while collaborating with guests, crew and shore personnel to uphold the ship's reputation

Qualifications

• Relevant HVAC qualifications
• EPA certification
• Shipboard or maritime industry experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems on ship to ensure safety and efficiency
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team
• Use AMOS to forecast, implement and record work and spares
• Use AIMS to forecast, respond to and record guest/crew area deficiencies
• Interact with Guests, Crew and shore personnel in a friendly, professional manner
