Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a skilled HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to oversee maintenance, repairs, and projects for onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will supervise the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, reporting to the First Engineer on a shipboard assignment.

Responsibilities include operation of chiller plants, system monitoring, and ensuring safety compliance while delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Relevant HVAC qualifications.
• EPA certification.
• Shipboard or maritime industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair main A/C chiller plant and related systems.
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and Air Conditioning Team.
• Forecast, implement, and record work using AMOS and stock management.
• Identify opportunities to improve HVAC/refrigeration efficiency and procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and guest/crew satisfaction.
