Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to manage the safe and efficient operation of onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will supervise the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, reporting to the First Engineer, with a focus on reliability, safety, and guest satisfaction.

• HVAC qualifications relevant to shipboard operations.
• EPA certification required.
• Experience in shipboard or maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems onboard.
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and Air Conditioning Team.
• Utilize AMOS to forecast, plan, and record maintenance and spares.
• Use AIMS to track guest/crew area deficiencies and manage work orders.
• Report to the First Engineer and uphold GSM/Show Quality Standards.
