Job summary

TMMG, Inc. is seeking a documentation-focused professional in the United States to support the IBCT Product Line with purchase and maintenance of Hull, Mechanical & Electrical or Electronics equipment.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing technical documentation and coordinating with contracting, procurement, and equipment specialists. Requirements emphasize experience in shipboard systems, government/CG acquisition knowledge, and proficiency with NESSS, NE-TIMS, and FED LOG.

Qualifications

• Draft technical documentation to support purchase, repair and overhaul of CG parts and material.
• Accurately document research required for purchase and repair of shipboard systems/equipment.
• Accurately collect and provide information to product line personnel involved in contracting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain technical data including sources of supply and salient characteristics of parts and equipment.
• Research lead times, quantities on hand, and costs to expedite with vendors.
• Assist with market research to obtain pricing information for ship repair and casualty response.
