Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Engine Repairman to maintain and repair onboard machinery and equipment under the direction of the First Engineer. This role requires hands-on welding and mechanical skills in a shipboard environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of mechanical maintenance with heavy machinery.
• 1 year experience in ARC, Oxy-Acetylene, MIG and TIG welding; cutting and brazing.
• Basic to intermediate English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairs of machinery and equipment on board as directed.
• Keep the repair workshop clean and organized.
• Follow Safety Management System and Emergency Plan procedures.
• Report faults or defective equipment immediately.
• Support Engine Room operation, maintenance and repairs.
• Live up to First Engineer direction and company procedures.
