Job summary

Noblis in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Field Support Technician to provide engineering, technical, logistics, and obsolescence support for U.S. Navy Surface Ships, both in‑service and new construction.

You will support HM&E Combat Support Systems and provide equipment support on shipboard and at LBES/ OEM facilities, collaborating with engineers and field teams to ensure proper testing and installation.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to achieve DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in related STEM field; 6+ years of experience in lieu allowed with Associates/HS diploma
• Ability to travel 20–30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot control systems using documentation and schematics
• Provide test support for all variants of fielded systems shipboard
• Provide shipboard software and hardware installation support for fielded systems
• Coordinate status updates and liaise between shipboard teams and Philadelphia leads
• Edit and implement test procedures; participate in special projects as required
