R&P is looking for an experienced mid‑level ship systems test and activation engineer who wants to join our team. We are a small‑sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government and commercial maritime clients. We need a ship system operator with system operation, grooming, troubleshooting, and test experience ready to join a fast‑paced and exciting work environment in shipbuilding and modernization. This job is ideal for U.S. Navy veterans and U.S. Merchant Mariners (credentialed) QMEDs. Candidates must be comfortable with and confident in their abilities to trace, inspect, align, and operate ship systems in a demanding shipyard environment.
