Qualifications

• Valid maritime engineering license or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of proven experience overseeing technical operations aboard vessels.
• Strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with AMOS, class society, and flag-state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and maintenance for assigned vessels, ensuring documentation and timely execution.
• Plan and manage dry-dock and wet-dock projects with internal and vendor teams.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and procurement for technical needs.
• Ensure compliance with Global HESS, SMS, and regulatory requirements.
