Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ship's gear cranes to support cargo handling operations.
• Ensure crew safety on ships and in the warehouse during crane activities.
• Perform lifts and guide assigned crew members.
• Conduct pre-job inspections and maintain cranes for safety and performance.
• Monitor load hookup and assess load safety during lifts.
• Report unsafe operations to the production manager.
• Support safety initiatives and follow company policies.
