Job summary

Noblis is seeking qualified candidates to support Fleet readiness by providing hands-on instruction in Ship Control Systems. This role involves training Sailors to safely operate and troubleshoot their ships, ensuring they are ready at peak performance.

Position is located in Norfolk, VA, and success requires extensive knowledge of shipboard systems along with strong curriculum development experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional curriculum development experience.
• Experience in shipboard systems and Navy-approved curricula.
• Interim Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction supporting Navy-approved curricula.
• Conduct training aligned with Navy training products and TRDs.
• Tailor instruction to Fleet and platform needs.
