Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking experienced Navy instructors to deliver Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) on Ship Control Systems (SCS) for Sailors. You’ll provide hands-on and classroom instruction aligned with Navy curricula, focusing on safe operation and troubleshooting to maintain peak ship performance.

The role emphasizes mentorship, curriculum updates, and collaboration with SMEs to meet fleet training needs and TRD requirements. Security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years of relevant Navy experience (in lieu of a degree).
• 5+ years of professional curriculum development experience.
• Navy Instructor experience (formal or operational).
• Interim Secret clearance or higher.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction supporting Navy-approved curricula.
• Train Sailors to operate Ship Control Systems within technical limits; diagnose and troubleshoot system casualties; execute steering and thrust control duties.
• Coordinate with SMEs and government stakeholders to ensure TRDs compliance and readiness objectives.
• Execute and support Navy training products under PMS 339 guidance; update curricula and materials.
